The International Criminal Court: Investigating Human Rights Abuses in Darfur - 7 December 2005, London
The One World Trust and the All-Party Group for World Government would like to invite you to a Parliamentary lecture with Mr. Luis Moreno – Ocampo, at 5:30 pm to 6:45 pm, in Committee Room 9 at the Houses of Parliament, London SW1A 0AA. Mr Ocampo is the Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court. He will be speaking about the work of the ICC, particularly as it investigates human rights abuses in Darfur. As the first referral of the United Nations Security Council to the ICC, and probably the first case of the ICC to go to trial, this investigation holds high stakes for the Court. Mr Ocampo will share insights on how the ICC is meeting these challenges. Please confirm your attendance through info@oneworldtrust.org.
